I am so proud to announce a project that I have been working on with the Rouxbe Cooking School—a 100% online series of courses called The Cook's Roadmap part of a larger release of cooking courses by Rouxbe. 

I  wanted to share this with all of you because I believe it is an important tool to get people cooking, which is the first step in making a lifestyle change to improve health. Fresh Mint and Vanilla Grape salad

I just made this delicious salad for a catering. It's simple and refreshing, just add a little vanilla and a little freshly chopped mint to red seedless grapes. Taste it, ask yourself if it needs more vanilla or mint and then serve it on little Chinese spoons. Voila!

They are selling them for $38.00 for 2 pans. Great deal and great healthy alternative to the old school non stick Teflon pans. Worth the money? Yes!
