Gluten Free, NO Refined Sugar recipes and much more!!

I finally finished my book and I am so excited to share it with you. It was created out of torturous enlightenment, you will understand what I mean once you read it.

It breaths my personal truth. It is the PERFECT book to help you transition from a SAD diet to a healthy, whole food, lower carb lifestyle. This book will teach you how to attain optimal health and how to prevent chronic dis-eases, specifically Alzheimer’s with two powerful holistic tools. It will educate you on the detrimental effects of refined carbohydrates on the body and how to help balance your WHOLE self through fasting and feasting with whole foods and Time restricted eating (TRE)

All of the recipes are gluten free, NO refined sugar, some recipes have very little added raw honey or maple syrup. Many of the recipes are vegan, dairy free and grain free. The recipes were created out of a need to nourish my mom delicious whole foods without the added sugar, bad oils, too many grains and the need for gluten free alternatives.

Through my journey with my mom and Alzheimer’s, I realized I had to change some of my ways in order to prevent this terrible illness and other imbalances I had a predisposition to. Our genes are not our destiny and if you are ready to take control of your health and your own life then this book is a great tool to get you to YOUR optimal health.

What People Are Saying

Christina Acevedo is role model for her generation. When her mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, like her grandmother before her, she didn’t accept the mainstream belief that nothing could be done. Instead, she began to practice aspects of the Bredesen protocol, alongside her mother, in an effort to heal her mother’s disease process. Using her talents, as a trained chef and holistic nutritionist, she focused her energy on using “food as medicine” and ultimately created Two Little F Words— a cookbook that provides a wonderful foundation from which to transition from the standard American diet (SAD) to the KetoFLEX 12/3 way of life. For those who are concerned about prevention and for those who need an in-between space before working on reversal, this is an amazing resource —Julie Gregory, Founder & President of ApoE4.Info & co-author of The End of Alzheimer’s Program

“My four copies of Your book arrived yesterday and I was so impressed! Right out of the box your book feels perfect! It’s the right size, weight and the cover has a soothing smooth feel to it. I started reading at bedtime last night and finished this morning as the sunshine poured through my bedroom window. Christina this book is truly a Labour of Love. Your intent to inspire readers to take control and cause prevention is evident. Every page has your feisty signature on it as well as your deep caring. The graphics are crisp and I could almost taste every ingredient! Now I can’t wait to try out the recipes ... especially your Mom’s Seedy Bread and your Dad’s Asian Salad! Thank you for sharing your months and years of research summarized in this very comprehensive and beautiful volume of knowledge.”- Lori
